Shipping Time: Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24–48 hours after order confirmation. In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, additional confirmation may be required before dispatch. Shipping and delivery may take additional time due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, natural events, logistical disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Our team takes reasonable care to securely pack all products and assign orders to an appropriate courier or logistics partner for timely delivery. Generally, orders are expected to be delivered within 2–5 business days in major cities and 4–8 business days for other locations in India. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges ranging from ₹49 to ₹80 may be applicable on orders below ₹999, depending on the applicable delivery zone in India, including North, South, East, and West zones.

Free shipping is available on eligible orders above ₹999, subject to the applicable terms and offers displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on eligible products and locations, subject to order value, delivery location, courier availability, and the policies of VS Astrologers And Healers LLP / Shop Your Fortune.

Return & Refund Policy

If an order is cancelled by us, lost in transit, or remains undelivered due to circumstances attributable to our shipping process, the eligible amount paid by the customer, including applicable shipping charges, may be refunded in accordance with our refund policy.

If a customer cancels only a part of an order, the original shipping charges may not be refundable where the remaining order does not qualify for free shipping or where shipping charges have already been incurred.

If a customer requests or initiates a return after successful delivery, the original shipping charges, where applicable, shall generally not be refundable unless otherwise required under applicable law or specifically stated in the applicable offer or policy.

To ensure timely and successful delivery, customers are required to provide accurate and complete shipping information, including their full address, correct phone number, PIN code, and nearby landmark, wherever applicable.
